Senior training classes are for Green Belt (4th Ji Grade) and above. The senior class will focus on more in depth training and technical application to techniques and forms plus focus on other important aspects of Tang Sou Dao training that we do not get to cover in great detail.
Senior classes are compulsory for students for upgrading. Students must aim to attend at least 4 senior classes out of the following dates.

Saturday 25th January 2025 at Grafham Village Hall. Normal Class 9am -10am followed by senior class 10am - 11.30am.
