This is the first kicking form introduced to 2nd ji blue belts. This is a form which can only be performed well by a student who has trained regularly for a number of years. It incorporates many different kicking skills; fast kicking, slow kicking, floor kicks and held kicks. It also involves the student changing levels throughout the form. Again, there are variations for those who are unable to perform certain techniques.
