This is the final Luo Han form performed by third Duan black belts and above. This is a form focussed predominantly on hand techniques, but also requires balance. There is a powerful hand combination involving strong hammer strikes and a 180 degree hammer strike turn. There are also sharp open hand blade attacks, again involving a 180 degree turn with an elbow attack. A stable but running stance is required throughout, and an ability express the changes of tone within the form.
