• Beginners are welcome to start at any class at anytime.
• First lesson is free of charge.
• Adults of all ages welcome.
• Children from 5 years of age.
• Come along in loose comfortable clothing.

After your first free lesson, our classes are pay per lesson. There are no monthly fees or direct debits. Just simply pay as you train.
